Do you familiar with the term “human trafficking”? These days, human trafficking is one of the most important issues in all over the world. Why? Because it can happen everywhere and to anyone in many form. Sex trafficking, Labor trafficking are one of the many forms and the victims (usually) are helpless because they are being intimidated with fear and abuse. In easy term, these victims don’t have their right as human. They are easily lured because (sometimes) they come from low economy status, and they want to make their life in better stage.

MTV End Exploitation and Trafficking (a.k.a MTV EXIT) is one of the methods to create public awareness about this issue with the hope of preventing this issue to increase in the future. This is not an easy job, and MTV who has young viewers try to create awareness on a very early stage. Being young doesn’t mean we can’t hold responsibilities to care about others instead of our self.

And, from Agnes Monica’s official twitter (@agnezmo): She is stated that she is MTV EXIT Indonesia Spoke Person. This means, that she is responsible to create public awareness about human trafficking issue, mainly in Indonesia but also in all over the world (possibly in Europe as well because MTV EXIT originally named MTV Europe Foundation before 2010). Agnes Monica will be on stage in Jakarta and Surabaya for MTV EXIT National Tour in Indonesia. The other artists who also participates are The Ariel (formerly known as Peterpan), Hijau Daun, Ariel, Ukie, Loekman, Kotak, etc.
