Does Agnes Monica ready to go to US? This is the question for most of Indonesians when Agnes Monica announced her long term plan to entering the US market sometimes around the year of 2006. Her plan is considered “not common” since she was only 20 years old that time. Many said that Agnes Monica’s dream is too big and too soon for someone who’s in the 20’s. But that doesn’t stop Agnes Monica to walk on the path that she’s believing it steps by steps. Honestly, as one of her fans I do think that Agnes Monica got what it takes to start her career in the US. She got the voice, the look, the skill, and the (most important thing) courage to dream big. This is a rare thing in Indonesia. Many people are being comfortable in their comfort zone that they don’t take time to reflect on their self and ask for more. But it’s different with Agnes Monica. She can’t sit comfortably in her seat, she has to do more and more. As a result she is chosen to be Indonesia’s representative on Asia Song festival which held in Seoul for the year 2008 and 2009 Agnes Monica has to perform in front of foreign audiences and also in 2009 she is chosen to sing “Heal The World” on Asia Song festival stage.
